By accessing or using DealIQ ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
DealIQ is an AI-powered underwriting and analysis platform for multifamily real estate investors. The Service includes deal underwriting tools, rent roll parsing, financial modeling, AI-assisted analysis, portfolio tracking, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
You must create an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@aetheraiconsulting.org if you suspect unauthorized access.
DealIQ offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email. A 3-day free trial may be offered for new subscribers; you will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (d) resell or sublicense access to the Service; (e) upload content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights; or (f) use the Service to generate content intended to mislead or defraud investors.
DealIQ provides analytical tools and AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All investment decisions are solely your responsibility. Past performance data, projections, and models are not guarantees of future results. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.
The Service, including all software, designs, text, and content, is owned by DealIQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any deal data you upload. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service. Your data does not train our AI models.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEALIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
